SEVILLE PLAZA HOTEL, TRADEMARK COLLECTION BY WYNDHAM, Kansas City – A Smart Stay in the City

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the plaza and a gas station, making it super cool. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist during my entire stay. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, plus they offered a shuttle to the plaza in the evenings. However, the room was a bit small and crowded, and the dining experience fell short with average food. Despite some minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my time there.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions, but the rooms were noisy and had a stale smell initially. The service was friendly and helpful, although a small inconvenience arose when waiting for the room. Dining was a mixed experience with delicious options offered but some drawbacks noted.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found the rooms to be clean and updated, which was fantastic. However, the lingering smell of stale cigarettes mixed with a strong air freshener was a downside. The service was friendly and went out of their way to address any issues, despite the lack of housekeeping staff. The location was a bit challenging to reach but perfect for visiting Kaleidoscope & Legoland with my grandkids. On the upside, there were designer shops and restaurants within walking distance. The dining options were relatively limited, offering only basic breakfast items. Overall, a good value for money.
